Adampak (Thailand) Limited is committed to developing the organization for efficiency, linkage and holistic management in order to achieve the goals and sustainable growth. The company therefore sets a policy to use as a guideline as follows:
1. Strictly comply with laws and requirement on Quality (ISO9001 & IATF16949), Environmental (ISO14001), Business Continuity Management: BCMs (ISO22301), The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Occupational Safety and Health Management System Standard (T-OSH Standard) and other standards related to the company.
2. Committed to customer satisfaction with high quality products, on-time delivery and services that meet customer needs, including continuous improvement of product, service and technical.
3. Committed to protect environment from harm and degradation arising from Company’s activities, products and services.
4. Recognizing the importance of preventing and assessing risks by reducing the risks that will affect to business, relevant interested parties and the Company's assets to an acceptable level, formulating a control and response plan to avoid loss and interruption.
5. Create employee consciousness and awareness at all working process as follows.
5.1. Promote effective usage of resources, energy and reduce greenhouse gases emission.
5.2. Eliminate all possible hazards, preventing occupational injuries and illness, include continuously improve the working environment to create a good environment and the highest safety.
6. Monitoring and evaluation the performance, including conducting annual policy reviews for serious performance and maximum efficiency and to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to adaptation the changes that may arise.
